• Surgical Services - Dogs must be currently vaccinated for Distemper, Rabies, Leptospirosis, and have a currently negative fecal on file. Cats must be currently vaccinated for Distemper, Rabies and have a currently negative fecal on file. Proof of vaccination must be provided if vaccines not administered at Del Ray Animal Hospital.  See Surgical Release Form for more information.
